We started the process with a welcome and round of introductions to establish who had committed their time to be here and what they hoped to get out of the process.

The purpose of the day is to help participants think about creativity and encourage them to develop their own designs to foster creativity. At the start of the process we showed participants our design to achieve this objective. The one page map helped participants navigate through the day.
