Teachers are designers of learning experiences. Such designs are the prodicts of fertile and creative imaginations informed by their experiences and perhaps reseach that indicates some practices are more effective than others. Creative Academy is such a design and the designer/facilitators have to find out from participants how they have experienced it and what they think the have learned. There is no assessment attached to Creayive Academy but there is an expectation that participants will give honest and cnstructive feedback in order to improve future designs. And in the spirit of the enterprise we also look for ew and ispiring ideas.
